Get Mobile and Flexible for the Game!

I’m a fitness coach first, Pickleball coach second. Before every session, I’ll put you through a dynamic warmup to create the habit of warming up before playing.

These warmups will increase your mobility, improve your flexibility and balance and minimize impact injuries. This has been the best feature so far said by current clients!
