Feel Amazing All Day: Best Stretches for Morning & Night (FULL VIDEO)

As we go through the processes of aging, there are certain physical laws that every human body will have to obey. One of those laws is that your flexibility naturally declines with age. Sedentary lifestyles (and even active ones) are one of many different factors that can accelerate this tightening process.

Incorporating a stretching routine in the morning and night is great way to not only improve your flexibility, but reduce physical stress, increase blood circulation and promote better sleep quality. Inviting a regular stretching routine to your lifestyle can slow the tightening process down and may even regain your flexibility if you’re consistently proactive about it.

Today, I created a FULL STRETCHING ROUTINE that anyone can practice first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Creating a daily routine that promotes flexibility training has a plethora of benefits and here are some of the main ones:

  • Stretching helps maintain or improve flexibility by gently lengthening muscles and increasing the range of motion. Over time, this can make everyday activities feel easier and reduce stiffness.
