Our community is warm, welcoming and judge-free. We welcome all fitness levels with smiles and open arms. All sessions are about an hour and capped at 8 people per class. These group workouts are fun and energizing combining strength training, cardio and flexibility.
During the workout, your form will constantly be corrected to ensure maximum benefits and reduce the risk of injury. Every week is a different workout theme with different exercises and equipment. This keeps the routine fun, fresh and addicting!
It starts off with a foam rolling routine to loosen muscles and prepare them for impact. We transition into a routine that consists of either a dynamic, ab or mobility warmup. Eight exercises are demonstrated to be performed in a circuit routine with timed work and rest periods. The workout ends with a yoga-inspired stretching routine to reduce stress levels and soreness.
