4 SUPER POWERS You Get from Lifting Weights!

4 SUPER POWERS You Get from Lifting Weights!

Lifting weights has so many benefits that can make you feel like a Superhero. Feeling faster, stronger and more confident about your physical ability to get $h!t done are some of the immediate benefits.

Your life becomes a rising arc of constant improvement, progress and growth when you start lifting weights. Once you start this path, all you feel is a sense of who you really are - a confident, respectable and empowered person!

Today I wanted to give you 4 Super Powers you feel like you get after years of lifting weights so it’s time for YOUR super transformation!

1. Hardened Structure

When you lift weights, muscles pull against your bones and that stimulation is what bones need to harden. Science has already proved that resistance is important for building harder bones and preventing osteoporosis. Muscles and tendons also build up and become harder as it grows.

Now your body becomes more resistant to bone breaks and muscle tears. You take less damage than someone who doesn’t engage in weight training. Your body becomes more resistant against falls and hits which sometimes are the reasons for some elderly deaths.

Wouldn’t you think you can stay longer on this earth if you were resistant to physical damage? Start lifting weights today!

2. Faster Reaction

When you lift weights, your brain communicates messages to your muscles and sends electrical signals at lightning speeds. The heavier the weights you lift, the faster and stronger your brain communicates to your corresponding muscles. That speed can also be called reaction.

Now your brain and muscles have to create more neurons to ensure that speed and strength of these impulses are able to keep up with the demands of weight lifting. With more neuron pathways to communicate, your reaction time significantly improves. Your brain and muscles can actually stay alive longer because of this tight relationship they have with one another.

You can now assess situations faster, think of a solution and tell your body what to do in a matter of milliseconds. How cool is that!

3. Increased Physical Strength

This is probably the most obvious one but one of the best ones. Feeling weak is one of the worst feelings to experience because you feel useless. As a human being, we were not designed for weakness so that’s why we yearn to find a way to feel STRONG.

When you lift heavy weights, your muscles experience a strong stimulation that is outside of its normal frequency. When you experience anything new, your body adapts and improves in the direction of overcoming the same experience in the future with less effort.

As you lift heavier, even if it’s just five more pounds, your body will continuously get stronger because its adapting to something new. Muscle stimulation past it’s normal setting is all it takes to keep this trend going. The only way this phenomenom stops is if the muscles don’t recieve that stimulation.

Imagine what life you can save and how useful you could be just by being STRONG? Be useful.

4. Increased Endurance

Whenever you train your heart to beat harder and faster, your cardiovascular system improves. As it becomes stronger, your heart can circulate blood faster, pump harder with less beats or effort and stabilize easily when exercise is over.

When you lift weights, your heart beats really hard and fast to deliver as much blood with nutrients to feed the working muscles. The more intense your weight training is, the harder your heart beats resulting in better endurance gains.

You get even better cardiovascular gains when rest periods are limited in between sets because you never allow your heart rate back near a resting state. Just by lifting weights, you can significantly improve your endurance because intense weightlifting stimulates such a strong cardiovascular response.

Now your body can handle short bursts of extreme intensity like running uphill or lifting heavy boxes. No matter how little or big the task, you now have more endurance to feel SUPER just by lifting weights!
